Would love some advice for my 10 year old Labrador. She has several lumps over her body which have all been biopsied and have been told they are fatty deposits. I would like to know if these deposits keep growing if they will cause discomfort and pain to my dog and will they cause any problems to organs.

These are a very common problem but usually harmless! Lipomas can grow very large in some cases. They typically are not invasive (there are exceptions) and readily removed. They are usually not painful. The reasons to consider removal would be because they are physically in the way (e.g armpit) or getting traumatised from being rubbed ( e.g. On the sternum / brisket/ lower chest)
