I missed this one. I am always reading up on new prospective advances in canine cancer. Hopefully one of the oncologists might comment on the article.

This is the beginning of personalised cancer treatment. The application of it is still a few years away I suspect. In people so far the use of individual antibodies has not been as successful as hoped, but plays a part in a few specific circumstances. As part of a multi-pronged attack, developments like this should allow for our pets to have a higher chance of remission and longer duration in remission. There will be many more similar developments over the next few years I suspect...
